Para John – Free 14 Day Exchanges & Returns Policy
Be sure to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to receive a refund or exchange.
All items to be returned must be unused and in original, undamaged packaging with any tags, accessories, manuals and items that may have been included with the original purchase.
Our couriers will arrange collection of the product to be returned. Once we have received and inspected the return, any refund due will be processed.
In the case of a refund, we will credit the amount you paid for the returned product as cashback into your https://parajohnsaudia.wpengine.com account for COD orders, or refund your Credit Card/Debit Card account for Credit Card/Debit Card orders. We do not provide cash refunds. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
